Do you charge a delivery fee?
Yes, we do charge a delivery fee to ensure the quality of our balloons, cover costs for backups in case of damage during transit, and other logistical expenses. Besides time and fuel costs, you can opt to pick up the balloons yourself to save on shipping fees. Please note, however, that we won’t be able to provide support for any issues that may arise during self-transport.
What information do I need before contacting you?
We require details such as the type of event, event date, desired time slot, party city location, event setting, and the expected number of attendees. If you're still in the planning stages and don't have all the details yet, we can discuss this further at a later time.

Do you sell helium tanks or offer a helium tank refill service for self-brought balloons?

Guests are responsible for basic cleanup. Our latex balloons are biodegradable, and we offer cleaning services for a fee.

Do you have a refund policy?
We do not offer refunds. However, rescheduling is possible if requested at least 72 hours before the event, subject to our discretion.

How long do the balloons usually last?
Air-filled balloons typically last up to about two weeks, with many customers reporting longer durations with proper care.
